Connector:
Male 3-pin Sensor

This connector plugs into the pin-block on the Teabox, an I-Cube, or a breadboard (such as the one on the Basic Stamp BOE). The pins are spaced at the industry-standard 0.1 inch pitch.

 

Connector Specifications

These connectors come in two parts: pins and a housing. When you buy one connector from us, we provide you with both the housing and the pins. Depending on the size of the order, we will typically throw in a couple of extra pins as well - just in case you need them.

They are intended to be used with a crimper to connect each pin to a wire; the pins are then inserted as a group into the housing, where they lock in place. While it is more difficult to work with these connectors by soldering wires to the pins, it is possible.

The provides a way to make your own custom cables/adapters/etc. for pluging into an I-cube, Teabox, Basic Stamp BOE, or other breadboard-type application.
